Proprietary software - our in-house software takes input directly from spreadsheets, DWG, or DXF files, automates nesting to maximize yield, minimizes on-site sorting, and reduces time-consuming CAD work - lowering raw material costs and shortening pre-production prep time
Pre- and post-production storage - store material without final shop drawings, with capacity for up to 700,000 sf of raw material, and ship pallets directly to the jobsite as needed
Flexible sorting options for easier installs:
- Palletized by Area - panels are packed together by the areas or elevations you choose, with flexibility to start installation anywhere
- Fully Sorted - panels are packed and sequenced in your chosen install order, going straight from pallet to building
Remnant Program - extra material from a job can be turned over to EPW at no storage or disposal charge; Swisspearl distributors can also purchase directly from EPW's remnant stock, cutting 4–6 weeks off factory delivery lead times
